Many People are unaware of the true essence of a Fitness Professional essence of a Fitness Professional and Expert who Educates, guides Coaches, and trains Individuals while dispelling myths and doubts through Scientific Knowledge and Education.

Kulbir and his Team Specialise in addressingand resolving issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS), gas and gut related Problems. Remarkably , they have successfully cured over 8000 IBS Patients with Holistic, Medicine Free Diet Plans made from Home Prepared Nutrition.

Kulbir Singh is MBA (International Business), ACE Certified Fitness Professional Hailing From Delhi. An Active child with a Strong Academic Background. Kulbir began Participating in various sports from a young age, Including Soccer, Cricket, Volleyball and Kho-Kho. After completing his MBA in International Business, He worked with several Prominent Companies like Jet Airways, Go Airlines, Fitness First India Pvt Ltd and Mantan Fitness Lounge.
